D CEO announces Presidium as finalists for ‘Real Estate Executive of the Year’ and ‘Best New Multifamily Project’ in the annual Commercial Real Estate Awards
Presidium, a diversified real estate development, investment and management firm, has been recognized by D CEO’s inaugural Commercial Real Estate Awards. The firm’s Co-CEO John Griggs was recognized as a finalist for ‘Real Estate Executive of the Year,’ while their luxury age-restricted senior living community Presidium at Edgestone was also named a finalist among the ‘Best New Multifamily Project’ designation. The D CEO awards program honors the region’s top projects, transactions, dealmakers and industry executives driving activity in 2020.
