John Griggs is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Presidium and oversees all operational and financial aspects of Presidium's portfolio, including capitalization, financing, development and construction, property & asset management, investor relations and dispositions. John has managed the acquisition and integration of more than $3 billion in real estate assets, the development of over $1.5 billion of real estate and the expansion of Presidium's platform into several new cities and states in the Southwest and Southeast. Prior to co-founding Presidium, John practiced corporate law for a total of 7 years at Milbank in Los Angeles and Wilson Sonsini in Palo Alto. John holds an A.B. degree from Stanford University, a J.D. from the University of Michigan, is a member of the Young President's Organization, and serves on the boards of Stanford Professionals in Real Estate and The Weiser Center for Real Estate at the University of Michigan.

Cross Moceri is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Presidium, and is primarily responsible for master planning, development, capital formation, acquisitions, financial structuring and portfolio oversight. Over the past decade, Cross has spearheaded more than $5 billion of real estate investments and over $2.5 billion of successful realizations. Cross is an active member of several trade associations, including Opportunity Austin, the Real Estate Council of Austin, the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Urban Land Institute. Cross sits on the Advisory Board of Stewart Title, Austin. Prior to co-founding Presidium, Cross spent 6 years practicing corporate law with Milbank in Los Angeles. Cross holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in Philosophy, and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.

Lindsay Colbert is Presidium's Chief Operating Officer and oversees all general operations for the firm. She is responsible for developing, organizing, and streamlining processes throughout the organization and has been instrumental in scaling company operations. Lindsay oversees the execution of asset business plans from acquisition to disposition and is hyper-focused on creating efficiencies throughout the portfolio while maintaining optimal performance. Since joining Presidium in 2013, Lindsay has directed the implementation on over $150M in capital renovations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Maine. Lindsay and her team are also responsible for company culture initiatives and functions relating to team member engagement and retention. Lindsay holds a B.S. from Cornell University.

Louie Keller is Chief Accounting Officer at Presidium and oversees the firm’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. Louie works closely with executive leadership to ensure financial accuracy and transparency across Presidium’s investment, development, and property management platforms. Louie has more than 14 years of accounting and financial management experience in the real estate industry, with extensive expertise in corporate accounting, financial reporting, audit and compliance oversight, and portfolio-level accounting operations. Prior to joining Presidium, Louie held the role of Director of Accounting at Thrive Communities. Louie holds a B.S. in Accounting and Business Management from Purdue University and a CPA from the District of Columbia Board of Accountancy.

Will Andress is Managing Director at Presidium, where he oversees the firm's transaction activity and supports portfolio strategy and development across the platform. He brings more than 15 years of multifamily investment experience and, since joining the firm in 2017, has directed the execution of more than $3 billion in acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancings, working alongside senior leadership and institutional investment partners to drive value creation across the portfolio. Will holds a B.B.A. from The University of Texas at San Antonio and an MBA from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.

Josh Eames is President of Development and oversees Presidium's national multifamily development portfolio. Josh is responsible for the execution of development strategy across both active and pipeline projects and ensures projects are delivered efficiently by focusing on disciplined processes and cross-functional collaboration. Since joining the firm in 2021, Josh has led the development of more than 3,200 units, along with another 5,500 units in the company's pipeline. Josh has over 16 years of industry experience and has led large-scale, complex developments across multiple markets. Prior to joining Presidium, Josh served as Director of Development at Toll Brothers Apartment Living. He is recognized for his ability to overcome challenges and drive innovation, which has shaped both Presidium's growth and the broader commercial real estate landscape. Josh holds a master's degree in construction management from Vanderbilt University.

Gian Michael Piano is Principal at Presidium, where he leads the firm's mixed-use development efforts and drives expansion across core asset classes. Since joining in 2016, Michael has played a central role in Presidium's growth, delivering successful ground-up multifamily projects and spearheading its move into large-scale, integrated developments. His leadership has been critical to launching landmark Austin-area projects such as River Park and The Row. With deep experience in multifamily, mixed-use, entitlement, and land development, Michael is known for navigating complex entitlements, executing transformative transactions, and building high-performing teams to bring ambitious projects to life. Michael holds a B.L.A from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Kellie Sanders is President of Property Management and oversees property operations, marketing and training. Kellie is responsible for Presidium's lease up and stabilized portfolios and ensures operational excellence and resident satisfaction are maximized by focusing on core fundamentals. Kellie has over 25 years industry experience in all aspects of multifamily operations including both private and institutional operated assets. Prior to joining the firm, Kellie served as President of Weller West and Senior Vice President at Village Green. She has overseen all asset classes and building types in multiple states. Kellie holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jessie La Patra-Greene is Senior Vice President of Asset Management and focuses on risk management and portfolio strategy. She is responsible for the value optimization of assets from lease-up or acquisition to disposition. Jessie has over 15 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Presidium, Jessie was the Director of Capital Markets at Thackeray Partners where she sourced, structured and negotiated more than $2.4B in project level financing across 150+ projects and asset managed a multifamily portfolio. Before Thackeray Partners, Jessie began her real estate career at Trammell Crow Company as an associate in corporate services before joining their private equity funds group. Jessie holds a A.B. from Stanford University and M.B.A. from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Matthew Meza is General Counsel at Presidium and oversees all legal matters for the firm, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing transactions, development activities, joint ventures and corporate governance. Matt works closely with Presidium’s leadership team to structure and execute complex real estate transactions while managing legal risk across the company’s portfolio. Matt has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate law and has advised developers, investors and lenders on the acquisition, development and financing of multifamily, mixed-use and commercial real estate projects across the United States. Prior to joining Presidium, Matt spent many years as a Partner with Halling Meza, LLP in Calabasas, California and prior to that practiced law with Milbank in Los Angeles. Matt holds a A.B. in Economics from University of California, Berkley, and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
