August 24, 2020 – Two team members of Presidium, a diversified real estate development, investment and management firm, have been recognized in two categories centered around employee performance by the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas (AAGD) 2020 Sapphire Awards program. Presidium’s Chief Operating Officer Lindsay Colbert was named a finalist for ‘Executive of the Year,’ and Luis Molina, Regional Property Supervisor, was named the winner of the ‘Property Supervisor of the Year’ category.

“The AAGD’s mission is to serve and support the multifamily industry through governmental advocacy, education, and service to advance quality housing for our community. To have two of our members recognized in their annual awards program shows our dedication to live out that mission as well,” said John Griggs, Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Presidium. “Lindsay and Luis’ excitement for their work is contagious, and their passion for this company drives their team’s success across the board.”

As a Regional Property Supervisor, Molina leads five of the firm’s properties throughout Texas including, Pearl Apartments, a newly renovated and amenity-rich community in College Station and four Dallas-based developments— Villas at Tenison Park, The Entro at Midtown, The Link Apartments and Linear on Esperanza.

“I am grateful to be recognized as a ‘Property Supervisor of the Year’ award winner, as it’s a direct reflection of the constant support from my fellow team members, friends and family. I look forward to the future as I continue to work with Presidium to deliver unparalleled customer satisfaction and provide a top-of-the-line environment for our residents to live in,” said Molina.

For the second consecutive year, Colbert has been recognized as an ‘Executive of the Year’ finalist for her role as Chief Operating Officer of Presidium. This honor adds to Colbert’s momentum this year, as she was recognized by Multifamily Executive’s (MFE) 2020 Executive Awards as the ‘Rising Star of the Year’.
