August 24, 2020 – Two team members of Presidium, a diversified real estate development, investment and management firm, have been recognized in two categories centered around employee performance by the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas (AAGD) 2020 Sapphire Awards program. Presidium’s Chief Operating Officer Lindsay Colbert was named a finalist for ‘Executive of the Year,’ and Luis Molina, Regional Property Supervisor, was named the winner of the ‘Property Supervisor of the Year’ category.
“The AAGD’s mission is to serve and support the multifamily industry through governmental advocacy, education, and service to advance quality housing for our community. To have two of our members recognized in their annual awards program shows our dedication to live out that mission as well,” said John Griggs, Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Presidium. “Lindsay and Luis’ excitement for their work is contagious, and their passion for this company drives their team’s success across the board.”
As a Regional Property Supervisor, Molina leads five of the firm’s properties throughout Texas including, Pearl Apartments, a newly renovated and amenity-rich community in College Station and four Dallas-based developments— Villas at Tenison Park, The Entro at Midtown, The Link Apartments and Linear on Esperanza.
