There is no better time to give than the holiday season. Since 2014, Presidium has been spreading holiday cheer by supporting our neighbors and community members, and this year was no different.

Spreading the Warmth of Thanksgiving

When it comes to turkey day, it’s easy to get caught up in grocery shopping, cooking and preparing for guests that we can forget about the true meaning of the holiday. Our team members were determined to remember this year by being a part of the pure joy that comes from reconnecting with friends and family over a Thanksgiving meal. Since there’s nothing sweeter than indulging in a slice of pumpkin pie with your loved ones, Presidium handed out the classic Thanksgiving staple to many of our residents.

Team members at The Entro at Midtown dressed up for the resident event and set up a cart full of pumpkin pies to hand out to residents along with gift cards as a holiday treat. Hosting community events gives our team members the opportunity to live out Presidium’s mission to inspire, educate and engage with the communities in which we serve.

‘Tis The Season

With nine widely celebrated holidays worldwide, December is full of occasions for everyone to celebrate with friends and family. Regardless of how you choose to observe the holiday season, our residents can always count on Presidium to sprinkle in a few extra holiday-themed surprises!

For example, The Thread hosted a Holiday Pajama Party with life-sized gingerbread men, candy canes surrounding the community and even had Santa Claus make an appearance. Residents enjoyed roasting marshmallows, received goodie bags, hot chocolate and the opportunity to take a picture with Santa. The Entro at Midtown community also hosted their own event on a smaller scale which consisted of a special pathway full of candy canes that led up to Santa in the leasing office where he gifted residents with toys, hot chocolate and other fun treats.

We strive to create communities where people can live, work and play in an enriched environment that has a positive impact on the surrounding area. During the holiday season and throughout the year, Presidium is thankful for the opportunity to show our gratitude to our residents and make their living experience more special!
