Presidium Chase Hill will also incorporate smart technology features into each of the community’s apartment homes such as keyless entry doors and Ecobee thermostats with Alexa, which can be accessed through a single smartphone app.
Residents will be able to enjoy a luxurious two-level pool, outfitted with splash pads, waterfalls, private cabanas, a pool lounge and outdoor kitchens with grilling areas. Other outdoor amenities include a dog park with a grooming station, a community playground, rooftop terrace and an on-site car wash. In addition to the abundance of luxury outdoor amenities, an expansive two-story clubhouse and leasing center built into the hillside will house a fitness center with a yoga room, multiple Wi-Fi lounges, a media room, a gourmet kitchen and a bar area.
