Presidium Breaks Ground on Phase I of Luxury Residential Community in North Dallas, Presidium Valley View

The Farmers Branch 344-unit development will provide a Class-A luxury rental housing option to accommodate the rampant growth of the surrounding area 

Presidium, a diversified real estate investment and management firm, has broken ground on the first phase of Presidium Valley View, a 344-unit, five-story luxury residential community that will offer residents best-in-class amenities and an unbeatable location in Farmers Branch, Texas, an affluent inner-ring suburb of Dallas. With the newest estimates from the U.S. Census Bureau reporting that Dallas-Fort Worth experienced the largest population gain of any U.S. metropolitan area in the last year, Presidium Valley View is designed to add significant value to the area by providing residents with a Class-A multifamily development in close proximity to numerous highways and employment centers.

Designed by Dallas-based O’Brien Architects, Presidium Valley View residents will enjoy many community-based features including a clubroom area, coffee bar, game room with a variety of gaming tables, theater lounge and golf simulator, state-of-the-art fitness center, a social lounge with a catering kitchen and a fully equipped business center with private offices, coworking spaces and conference rooms. The exterior spaces will offer guests a resort-style swimming pool with private cabanas, a Zen courtyard with fire pits, a yoga lawn, outdoor kitchens, a private dog park with a pet spa and more. 

Each of the 344 apartment homes will feature soaring 9-foot ceilings and upscale finishes including natural wood-inspired flooring, stainless steel appliances, built-in desks and mudrooms, energy-efficient full-sized washer and dryers, designer quartz countertops and kitchen islands, large private balconies, as well as walk-in closets and upgraded fixtures. Presidium Valley View will also incorporate smart technology into each of the units such as keyless entry doors and Ecobee thermostats with Alexa, which can be accessed through a single smartphone app.

Phase one of the Presidium Valley View project is expected to be fully complete in late-2023. During phase two of the project which is set to break ground in 2024, Presidium plans to develop additional apartment units alongside the initial Presidium Valley View building.
