Along with making sure families have comfortable and quality housing, Presidium has a passion for investing and empowering our youth. Receiving an education is not only important, it’s vital to creating a prosperous future for our children. With consistent dedication to supporting and empowering student’s success, every year, many of our Presidium properties hold school supply drives to ensure students receive the essentials needed to start their school year successfully.
While the classroom may look slightly different this year, our hope was to help get students back in the ‘school mentality’ with our annual Back to School Drive. This past August, Presidium’s team members filled and passed out more than 150 backpacks with supplies ranging from folders, binders, paper, pencils, highlighters and so much more. We have comfort knowing that we are doing a small part to help these students thrive as they head into a new school year.

Even masks couldn’t hide the smiles of our team members at Presidium’s The Entro at Midtown Back to School Drive as they handed out more than 90 backpacks to students in the Dallas community, along with goodies and treats to enjoy. Our Cottonwood property also hosted an event where they donated over 50 backpacks to children throughout the Park Central area of Dallas.
The charitable initiatives we take part in are truly at the heart of everything we do at Presidium.
