Dallas-headquartered Presidium Group LLC made its first acquisition of 2015, purchasing The Landmark residential complex, located near San Antonio’s Medical Center. The purchase brought Presidium’s apartment ownership and operation in the San Antonio area above 2,000 units.
Presidium Group has closed on yet another multifamily acquisition in San Antonio, cementing the investment and management firm’s value-add business model in the city. The firm announced earlier today that it purchased The Landmark, a 426-unit apartment complex near the South Texas Medical Center in Northwest San Antonio.

Dallas-based Presidium Group has acquired two apartment complexes in the Galleria area: the 381-unit 3737 Hillcroft Apartments and the 112-unit Colonial Woods apartments at 6333 Windswept.
Cenizo Flats, an apartment complex located on the North Central Side of San Antonio, has new ownership. The acquisition was financed with a $15.1 million bridge loan provided by Greystone. JD Stettin of Chicago originated the transaction.
