Presidium has officially broken ground on its third development in Jacksonville, Florida with Presidium Park. The Presidium Park development has an expected completion of fall 2023 as demand is high for more units amid an in-migration to the First Coast, which has sparked many multifamily developers and investors to take a look at deals in this market.
