Presidium was founded in 2002 by Cross Moceri and John Griggs. From humble beginnings, we’ve grown our organization to over 250 team members and over 50 assets under management. Our team is distinguished by the diversity, depth and character of its people. Our partners are highly motivated and have a unique willingness to work with—and for—each other. Together we represent the disciplines of law, finance, accounting, acquisitions, asset management, special servicing, property management, development and construction. Our specialties are broad. Our focus is potently narrow. Innovation, integrity, persistence, honesty and basic common sense are the hallmarks of our organization. We invest our time, money and creativity in everything we do, and our primary investment strategy is to build value through efficiency and organization.
