Presidium was founded in 2002 by Cross Moceri and John Griggs. From humble beginnings, we’ve grown our organization to over 250 team members and over 50 assets under management. Our team is distinguished by the diversity, depth and character of its people. Our partners are highly motivated and have a unique willingness to work with—and for—each other. Cross Moceri is a founder and principal of Presidium Group. Mr. Moceri began his real estate investment career by founding Centaurus Investments, LLC in 2002 (the predecessor company to Presidium), focusing on multi-family investments in the Southern United States. Mr. Moceri is primarily responsible for capital formation, acquisitions, financial structuring, and portfolio development. Over the past decade, Mr. Moceri has spearheaded more than $1.2B of real estate investments. Mr. Moceri heads the Austin office of Presidium Group.

John Griggs is a founder and principal of Presidium Group and oversees all financial and operational aspects of Presidium Group’s 10,000 unit portfolio. Mr. Griggs is responsible for optimizing the capitalization of the portfolio and also directs asset and property management, construction and investor relations. Mr. Griggs has overseen the acquisition and successful integration of more than $1 billion of real estate assets and supervises over 250 Presidium employees. In addition to his 14 years of direct real estate experience, Mr. Griggs has passed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst program. Before launching his real estate career, he was a corporate lawyer at Milbank and Wilson Sonsini. Mr. Griggs heads the Dallas office of Presidium Group.

Lindsay Colbert is the Chief Operating Officer and oversees all operations and construction aspects of Presidium’s portfolio. Since joining Presidium in 2013, Ms. Colbert has overseen the execution on over $70MM in capital projects across Texas and Oklahoma. She has played an integral part in developing, organizing, and streamlining the Presidium Construction team. Prior to joining Presidium, Ms. Colbert held positions with Juno Development (an affiliate of Civitas Capital) in Dallas, TX and Tishman Speyer in Chicago, IL.

Yinan Li is Vice President, Controller and oversees all aspects of the accounting function at Presidium. Ms. Li has been with Presidium for over 10 years and has played a key role in managing our growth over that period. She supervises a team of over 10 accountants and analysts in handling monthly and annual financial reporting, financial analysis and data systems. In addition, Yinan plays a key role in investor relations with our investors from greater China.

Kerry Bowe is Vice President of Operations at Presidium and plays a key role in staffing, human relations, risk management and policies and procedures. Ms. Bowe has been with Presidium for over 5 years and joined us after 14 years of executive experience at BH Management, where she oversaw key aspects of its 41,000 unit portfolio, including its Affordable Housing Portfolio, green energy and sustainability initiatives. At BH, Ms. Bowe was also responsible for the development and implementation of BH’s Resident Services Program, one of the first and most comprehensive in the industry.

Mr. Vargo has extensive industry knowledge, more than a decade of real estate transactional and development experience, and an intimate understanding of capital markets. Previous to working with Presidium Group, Mr. Vargo served as the Director of Development at LD&C, an Austin based development and construction company, where he was directly responsible for; site selection, planning, budgeting, design team management, securing entitlements and municipal approvals, raising equity, setting investment strategy, negotiating and structuring partnerships, engaging and closing on financing, along with overseeing both; completion phase punch list execution, with an eye on perfection, and lease-up through stabilization.

Bruce is a 24-year construction veteran, he has lead companies as a President and Chief Operating Officer; additionally he has served as a Project Executive and Manger at Peter Kiewit & Sons and DPR Construction. His project variety includes federal, office, data center/mission critical, healthcare, institutional, retail, multi-family and tenant improvement projects ranging in size from $2,000,000 to $135,000,000. In addition to his extensive construction experience, Lowe brings expertise in recruiting, leading and directing large project teams, engineering and facilitating business improvement programs, and building and maintaining key client relationships. Prior to entering the civilian construction industry, Bruce held the rank of Captain in the United States Army Corps of Engineers.

Chris works to oversee the creative direction of Presidium as well as the strategic direction of our new development projects. These efforts range from cooperate branding and presentation materials to designing innovative solutions that differentiate Presidium in the development arena. Chris spent 6 years as the Architectural Coordinator for the Agave Development were he oversaw the conceptualization and construction of the nation’s first affordable modern community, comprised of over 200 homes. In addition he has work as designer and project manager for many architectural firms including QMET Architects, KRDB, and Page Southerland Page. Chris is a returned Peace Corps Volunteer. He spent 2 years working in Mali, West Africa on a wide range of programs including appropriate technology, small enterprise development, and educational resource improvement.

Slade Weishuhn is the Vice President of Property Management at Presidium, overseeing all aspects of property operations. Mr. Weishuhn (Slade) has been with Presidium since early 2013, starting as a Regional Manager for the Austin Region, and quickly grew into his current role overseeing Presidium’s 10,0000-unit portfolio. During his time at Presidium, Slade was instrumental in furthering the firm’s Austin operations and helping to drive Presidium’s expansion into San Antonio. Prior to joining Presidium, Mr. Weishuhn (Slade) served as the Vice President of Operations, Multifamily Management Services at The Oldham Goodwin Group in College Station, TX. At Oldham Goodwin, Slade directly oversaw all aspects of property operations, and worked closely with ownership and partners on the overall strategic plans for each individual property.
