Our investment philosophy includes targeting assets with operating inefficiencies in submarkets with anticipated cyclical recoveries, aggressively repositioning under-managed and under-capitalized assets, and identifying an exit strategy before and investment is made and continuously re-evaluating that strategy to achieve optimum results.
Our asset management team works closely with both our acquisitions and operations teams to translate the original investment strategy into an effective and viable operations plan. Effective asset management requires a comprehensive understanding of the macro investment environment and an understanding of each individual asset and its position in the local market. We monitor market, operating, and financial data to analyze performance, analysis of equity returns, and ongoing valuation of ownership interests based on market conditions.
